About Blast Off! Speech & Language

Hello! I’m Dina.

I’m a certified practicing speech pathologist, member of Speech Pathology Australia, and recipient of a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) from the University of Newcastle.

I became a speech pathologist because I love kids and genuinely wanted to make a meaningful difference each day. Not only have I found my passion in helping kids with their speech and language but it truly does not feel like work. I am particularly interested in speech, language, and literacy which is why I have centred my services around these areas. I am additionally trained in the Hanen: It Takes Two To Talk program and the Sounds Write program; and am always looking to upskill further.

I have two beautiful sons who have taught me more about life and Pokémon than I would have believed were possible. I love reading, eating, listening to all kinds of music (but my heart belongs to metal), and a good margarita (the drink, not the pizza).
